Resilient Leadership, June 4-6
Greenleaf has an ongoing relationship with the Office of Personnel Management. We provide resiliency training as part of the LEAD certificate program. In June 2013, we trained a group of GS14/GS15/SES leaders in the neuroscience of resiliency, providing them practical techniques they can use to make both themselves and their work forces more resilient. The training took place at OPM's Eastern Management Development Center.
Community Response - May 21
Greenleaf's Founder, President, and Medical Director, Dr. Shah, trained first responders, medical professionals, and members of the religious community in Oak Creek, WI. The training was sponsored by the Department of Justice's Community Relations Service. The training provided support in the wake of the Oak Creek Sikh Temple mass shootings on August 5, 2012.
